You'll start by transferring a photo onto either a small canvas, a square piece of plywood, or a piece of fabric. Then, you'll add some colorful papers, whimsical clip art, charms, embossed metal, assorted ephemera, and maybe some poetic text. Your new embellished portrait will say more than a thousand words.
